It’s not often that a Netflix production earns a 0% on Rotten Tomatoes, but Hard Cell has managed to achieve that feat.
A mockumentary series set in a British prison, it stars Catherine Tate and so far, is turning a lot of critics away. Decider, for instance, has warned us to “skip” it and calls the show “awkward and unfunny.” Meanwhile, Pajiba says that Hard Cell “should remain behind bars.” Ouch.
Admittedly, there are only 8 reviews at the time of writing, but for now, it certainly doesn’t look like this Netflix production will be returning for another season.
