Marvel fans are in for a treat next week, as Disney Plus will be releasing a new special on June 1st.
Titled A Fan’s Guide to Ms. Marvel, the project is obviously linked to the upcoming series starring the titular heroine and will bring us an “exclusive look behind the groundbreaking original series” and “[feature] interviews with its award winning filmmaking team and… the show’s captivating star.”
Here’s the official synopsis:
“’A Fan’s Guide to Ms. Marvel’ is a documentary short that gives you an exclusive look behind the groundbreaking original series, ‘Ms. Marvel’, from its comic book origins to its development and production as Marvel Studios’ next hit series on Disney+. It features interviews with its award winning filmmaking team and the show’s captivating star, newcomer Iman Vellani.”
While this will probably be more of a promotional/puff piece than anything else, it’ll still be a nice little appetizer for Ms. Marvel fans before the real deal arrives on June 8th.
