Obi-Wan Kenobi has made Disney Plus history, it seems. And here’s how.
The six-episode run will be shown in select Canadian theaters on June 22nd, stretching for a whopping 5 hours and 20 minutes. If you’ve been keeping track, you’ll know that this will make the project the first Disney Plus series to have its entire season screened in North American cinemas.
That’s not the most monumental achievement of course and is, admittedly, pretty insignificant in the grand scheme of things, but it’ll certainly be nice to catch a show like Obi-Wan Kenobi on the big screen if it happens to be playing a theater near you.
