Disney Plus Users Spot New Error In Doctor Strange 2

Disney Plus viewers have noticed a small but interesting mistake in a particular scene from Doctor Strange 2.

It’s not like Marvel Studios to mess up, so to make the same mistake twice is certainly notable.

If you’ll recall, in Hawkeye Episode 6, the visual effects team totally forgot to erase the real-world MetLife Building and insert the structure that was added in Far From Home in place of Avengers Tower. As The Direct explains:

In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Stark Tower was ground zero of the climactic Battle of New York in 2012’s The Avengers. From there, Tony Stark turned the building, which exists in the MCU where the MetLife Building exists in real-life, into the Avengers headquarters, where they lived and worked in the 2015 sequel, Age of Ultron. After the superteam moved their HQ to a compound in upstate NY, Avengers Tower was sold and replaced by a distinctive-looking, glass-covered building first glimpsed in Spider-Man: Far From Home.

Now, they’ve gone and done the same thing again, with Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness also failing to remove the MetLife Building, as you can see via the screenshots below when Strange and Wong have their first act fight with Gargantos.

Of course, this is hardly a big deal and most will probably not even notice it, but it’s still amusing to see that Marvel forgot to erase it yet again.
