Scarlett Johansson shocked everyone back in the summer when she sued Disney over the release of Black Widow, and though the issue has long since been resolved, plenty of stars are still showing their support for what she did.
The latest to show that they stand beside her is Jennifer Lawrence, who told Vanity Fair the following:
“I thought that was extremely brave. If two parties understand how a movie is going to be released, and then it turns out that one of the parties did not agree to that, that’s unfair. She was also crowning! She was giving birth.”
Indeed, Lawrence’s thoughts echo that of many big Hollywood stars and with Johansson having since resolved her differences with Disney, we look forward to her returning to the MCU in the future.
