There was a lot to digest in the premiere of Disney Plus‘ Hawkeye, from the introduction of new characters to some well hidden Easter Eggs. But there was one reference that many seemed to miss, and it’s related to Iron Man.
If you’ll recall, near the start of the episode we see Kate getting up to some trouble at college, shooting an arrow at a bell in a clocktower. Nothing too special about that, but what you may not’ve noticed is that when the bell ends up destroying the top of the structure, we see that the building is named Stane Tower.

Of course, Stane refers to Obadiah Stane (Jeff Bridges) from the first Iron Man movie. This little nod may not have much impact on Hawkeye in the grand scheme of things, but it’s still a nice Easter Egg for fans to pick up on regardless.
