Hawkeye was a big hit with both critics and viewers, but it seems it couldn’t quite reach the same heights as previous MCU shows.
The premiere only drew in 1.5M U.S. households over the Wednesday – Sunday holiday stretch, which is a far cry from the 2.5M who tuned in for Loki. Meanwhile, it was also behind the 3-day premieres for The Falcon and the Winter Solider (1.8M) and WandaVision (1.6M).
Of course, these numbers come from Samba TV, which only measures 3M U.S. households, but they’re still a pretty good indicator of how Hawkeye performed and unfortunately, it looks like it didn’t land with as much of an impact as Disney would’ve hoped for.
