When you think of Jeremy Renner, the first thing that comes to your mind is probably Hawkeye, the role he’s most associated with. But the actor’s built up a solid body of work outside of the MCU, too, and one of his better efforts in recent memory is Tag.
The 2018 pic follows a “small group of former classmates who organize an elaborate, annual game of tag that requires some to travel all over the country.” It offers up a lot of laughs and went over fairly well with audiences and critics alike, even if it’s a bit forgotten about these days. And now, it’s making moves on HBO Max.
Currently, the film is at #17 on the worldwide most-watched movies chart, with subscribers no doubt looking for more Jeremy Renner after seeing him in Hawkeye. And they certainly can’t go wrong with this one.
