On the whole, Hawkeye was far from Marvel’s strongest effort, but it was still a totally enjoyable show that brought us a lot of highlights, including the returns of both Yelena Belova and Kingpin. One thing it failed to do, however, was solve Clint Barton’s Iron Man problem.
If you’ve seen the series through to its end, you’ll know that the titular hero survives and there are hints dropped throughout that he still has a future in the franchise.
