Leonardo DiCaprio has a new movie out on Netflix and it’s just scored another first for the A-lister. Unfortunately, though, it’s not exactly something that he’ll be proud of.
The film in question is Don’t Look Up, and the first that it snagged for the Academy Award winner is that it’s his first Rotten movie on Rotten Tomatoes since 2013’s The Great Gatsby. At the time of this writing, the Netflix effort has a 56% on the review aggregate site, which is pretty rough for such a star-studded outing.
As far as Leonardo DiCaprio‘s work in particular goes, though, like we said, the last time he appeared in something labelled Rotten was The Great Gatsby, which only has a 48%. And while he does give a solid performance in Don’t Look Up, the movie as a whole is certainly not on the same level as some of his other stuff.
