A Hulu original is making waves over on Netflix, rocketing straight to the top of the most-watched movies worldwide list to clinch #1.
The film in question is Mother/Android, which is available on Hulu in the United States but can only be seen on Netflix in many international territories, and it’s totally dominating the platform. Almost immediately after it dropped on the streaming site, it shot to #1 and has remained there for a few days now.
Set in a “post-apocalyptic world rocked by a violent android uprising,” it follows “a young pregnant woman and her boyfriend desperately search for safety.” Reviews have been mixed, but it’s far from a bad film and if you’re looking for some entertainment this week and live outside of the US, you can catch this new Hulu original on Netflix.
