Though they’re one of the most iconic properties out there, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles haven’t had the best luck in live-action. There’ve been several attempts to bring the beloved superhero team to the big screen and while a few of them have made money, none of them have been very good.
That was certainly the case with 2014’s reboot, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. With a box office haul of almost $500 million, it definitely performed fine financially, but neither critics nor fans were impressed with this take on the iconic series and it was even nominated for a number of Razzies.
But over on Prime Video today, the movie sits at #10 on the most-watched films list in the US, proving that the heroes in a half shell can always find an audience.
