If you’ve been on Netflix, lately, you’re sure to have seen Inventing Anna. Be it through the platform promoting it or actually watching the series yourself.
Indeed, it’s been a monster hit for the streaming service and has subscribers hooked. And it turns out it’s also set a new record now, taking down heavy hitters like You and Sex Education in the process.
In its second week of release, Inventing Anna racked up 196 million hours watched. For comparison’s sake, that easily beats You Season 3’s 179 million, Sex Education Season 3’s 160 million and even The Witcher Season 1’s 169 million. And with the series only a few weeks old, it’ll surely continue to bring in massive numbers for some time to come.
