As you’ve surely heard by now, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, The Defenders, The Punisher and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will move from Netflix to Disney Plus on March 16th. And when that happens all subscribers in the U.S. will need to update their Parental Controls and will be given the option to choose content ratings restrictions for each profile in addition to adding a PIN to lock profiles.
Of course, this paves the way for Deadpool and other mature Disney content to become available on the platform without having to worry about younger viewers accidentally checking it out. And while this new update is being done specifically for the arrival of the Netflix series, it’s clear that the Mouse House is thinking ahead here. As such, don’t be surprised at all if the Merc with a Mouth finds his way onto Disney Plus soon.
