It may not be as popular as WandaVision or Loki, but you’d imagine most MCU fans know about Hawkeye. Furthermore, you’d imagine that almost every MCU actor knows what it is. Especially if they’re significant to the franchise.
But Gwyneth Paltrow isn’t like most of her co-stars. The famously forgetful actress has shown her very limited knowledge of all things Marvel Cinematic Universe on a few occasions now and this week, she’s done it again. When asked if she was watching Hawkeye, she said: “No, what is that?”

Obviously, Paltrow’s character – Pepper Potts – isn’t in Hawkeye, but the show has been making headlines everywhere and as one of the key players of the MCU, it’s a bit surprising that she’s totally unfamiliar with it.
Then again, given some of the comments she’s made in the past, maybe we shouldn’t be so surprised.
