Spider-Man films are still notably absent from Disney Plus, at least in the United States. And while that’s not likely to change in the immediate future, the web-slinger is at least making moves on the platform in other regions.
Over in the UK, for instance, Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2, The Amazing Spider-Man, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, and Spider-Man: Homecoming will be added to the streaming site on Friday, June 17th, according to The Direct.
Of course, this doesn’t do much for those of us on this side of the pond, but it’s still nice to see the beloved hero making his presence felt on Disney Plus in other regions and we can also rest easy knowing that Sony currently has a deal to bring Spider-Man titles to the platform in the US starting with their 2022 theatrical release slate.
