Unfortunately, the Unbreakable trilogy came to a disappointing end with Glass. The first film, Unbreakable, was excellent and still remains one of M. Night Shyamalan’s best, while Split marked an exciting return to form for the director. But Glass sent the series out with a whimper rather than a bang.
Over on Disney Plus, however, it’s managed to find a whole new audience and currently sits as the 13th most-watched movie worldwide on the platform. And while it isn’t an outright disaster by any means, it certainly is a far cry away from the two films that came before it.
As a whole, though, the Unbreakable trilogy is a great watch and if you’ve seen the first and second entries, there’s no reason not to check out Glass as well.
