A subtle detail found in the logo for She-Hulk may be teasing a fairly significant change for the heroine.
As ScreenRant has noticed, back during Disney+ Day late last year, Marvel gave us a logo for the show which styled the title as She/Hulk. Which, of course, implies that the character’s pronouns are exactly that and thus, puts her on the same level as Bruce Banner.
Here’s how the outlet explains the implications of this and what it could lead to:
Though the MCU will always have a Hulk in She-Hulk, it seems Bruce Banner’s character is on the way out. By making She-Hulk the MCU’s regular Hulk, Marvel signals that Mark Ruffalo’s time as the green giant is coming to an end. Much like Jeremy Renner’s Hawkeye passed his Avengers title to another character, Bruce Banner’s Hulk is doing the same.
We won’t know for sure whether that’s the case or not until She-Hulk debuts on our screens and unfortunately, we still have no release date for it. But it’s certainly looking like Mark Ruffalo will not be carrying the mantle for much longer.
