Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is going to include a whole bunch of wild cameos and for a long time now, it’s been rumored that we’d see Wolverine as one of them. It turns out that may very well be the case, but it won’t be Hugh Jackman playing the hero.
The Illuminerdi brings word today that while the X-Men leader will appear in the film, he’ll be portrayed by another actor, and not Jackman. The outlet doesn’t say who may fill the role, but it’d certainly be an interesting move on Marvel’s part to recast such an iconic character. Especially when Jackman could easily return for a quick cameo.
Whatever the reason may be for recasting, the question now becomes who will don the adamantium claws in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness? And once we get the answer to that, we’ll be sure to let you know.
