Gael García Bernal is all but confirmed to be playing Werewolf by Night in the upcoming Disney Plus Halloween special, and it seems he’ll go on to have a big future in the MCU, too.
Sources close to Binge Watch This say that after debuting as the character, he’ll join the Midnight Sons, the supernatural team that’s slowly being formed in the franchise. Indeed, what with Blade and very likely Ghost Rider about to debut soon, Marvel is building up to the group and we’re told that Werewolf by Night will be seen fighting by their side.
Of course, it’ll be a while yet before all this happens, but it’s an exciting prospect nonetheless.
