It turns out that the Rogers: The Musical scene in Hawkeye could’ve had a lot more familiar faces in it than what we saw. In fact, the entire Avengers roster was originally going to show up.
Speaking in the Marvel Studios: Assembled episode that hit Disney Plus yesterday, producer Trinh Tran said the following:
“He’s in New York for a very specific reason, and that’s because he’s been invited to Rogers: The Musical and all of the Avengers got invited, but no one showed up except for Clint.”
Why none of the other heroes turned up for the performance is unclear, but it certainly would’ve been fun to see them all appear in Hawkeye alongside Jeremy Renner’s titular hero.
