Hawkeye featured a sneaky Star Wars Easter Egg in this week’s episode which most fans probably didn’t even catch.

Hawkeye Episode 4 had a number of references and Easter Eggs for fans to pick up on, but this one might’ve escaped most of you, and it’s related to the song you’ll hear in the video above.

Yup, that’s the track “Bells, Bells, Bells” and what’s significant about it is that it’s from the 1980 holiday album Christmas In The Stars: Star Wars Christmas Album, and it’s sung by none other than Anthony Daniels as C-3PO! In Episode 4, we hear it when Clint sends Kate out to ask if any of the crew that he previously did battle with could help out. When he arrives at the house to pick them up, “Bells, Bells, Bells” is playing in the background.

It’s a pretty obscure Easter Egg, no doubt, but one that will surely be appreciated by Hawkeye viewers and Star Wars fans who caught it.
