Unlike other MCU heroes, Jeremy Renner’s Hawkeye doesn’t have any magical or supernatural powers, and he doesn’t rely too much on tech, either. Instead, he’s just an excellent archer/fighter and handles himself well in combat.
But according to Renner himself, Clint Barton’s true superpower is that he’s a family man who always puts his loved ones first.
“There’s a wonderful pragmatic-ness to it,” he said. “I think it really is the anchor and base to where all of his emotional steadfastness and actionability and relatability are for him and what his superpowers are.”

Continuing on, he stated:
I’ve always thought, look, there’s him being a father. I think any parent that’s a very involved and amazing parent is a superhero in their own right. It is a tremendous honor and a gift and the most difficult thing I think any human can go through.”
