The announcement of X-Men ’97 sent shockwaves through the Marvel fanbase when it dropped during Disney Plus Day, and while details are still slim on what it’ll involve, we at least know that several fan favorites will be back.
On a recent episode of This Week In Marvel, the studio revealed the following:
“There will be new faces, and what we can say is that Storm will be back. Jubilee will be back. Gambit will be back. Rogue will be back. Jean Grey will be back. Cyclops will be back (and) Wolverine will be back.”
So, it sounds like most of the gang’s familiar faces will be back for another round of adventures, and we couldn’t be more excited about it.
