The Book of Boba Fett is still struggling to find its feet and hasn’t really taken off like The Mandalorian did. And Episode 4 certainly didn’t help in that regard.
It was another mediocre outing that had a couple of exciting moments but on the whole was still lacking. It also had a plot hole which doesn’t make a lot of sense.

The scene in question is when Fett and Shand head back to the Sarlacc to find out if Boba’s armor is still inside. The bounty hunter even ventures into the Sarlaac to see for himself. However, as WGTC explains, Fett would have no reason to believe that his gear is in there.
“He was a little out of it after his escape, but he was clearly conscious when the Jawas stripped him as he attempted to fight back,” notes the outlet. “Even if he didn’t remember that, he must at least know he used it to blast himself free and had it on him once he was out.”
