The Book of Boba Fett wrapped up its first run on Disney Plus today and given how much things picked up by the end – after a sluggish start – fans are no doubt eager for more. But will they get it?
Well, there’s no official word from the Mouse House just yet on whether they plan to do a second season, and it was always marketed as a limited series, but things can certainly change. After all, there’s a lot more story to tell, especially given what happened in the last few episodes.
If it were to come to fruition, The Book of Boba Fett Season 2 would probably arrive in mid-2023. Then again, with so many Star Wars shows on the docket, it could get lost in the shuffle for a bit. Regardless, Lucasfilm would be wise to give fans more.
