Tonight’s Monday Night Football showdown between the Los Angeles Chargers and the New York Jets promises more than just on-field action; it’s also set to feature the highly-anticipated final trailer for ‘The Marvels.’ With the sequel to 2019’s ‘Captain Marvel’ hitting theaters on November 10th, Disney is gearing up its marketing campaign, and premiering trailers during Monday Night Football is a tradition they’re keeping alive.
The Marvel Studios official Twitter account made the announcement, tweeting, “Tonight, experience the final trailer for #TheMarvels during Monday Night Football on @ESPN and @ABCNetwork. #TheMarvels arrives in theaters this Friday. Get tickets now.”
‘The Marvels’ is a unique team-up movie that brings together Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel, and Monica Rambeau as they face a new cosmic threat. Fans had a chance to get acquainted with Ms. Marvel and Monica Rambeau through Disney+ shows, with Iman Vellani taking on the role of Kamala Khan in ‘Ms. Marvel,’ and Teyonah Parris portraying a grown-up Monica Rambeau in ‘WandaVision.’

The excitement for ‘The Marvels’ is palpable, with the film taking the top spot in Fandango’s 2023 Most Anticipated Holiday Movies Survey. The first official clip from ‘The Marvels’ features our trio of heroes taking on Kree Soldiers inside the Khan family household. The movie will delve into the intriguing concept of the three heroes swapping powers whenever they use them, as teased in the trailer.
The Marvels Synopsis:
In ‘The Marvels,’ Carol Danvers, aka Captain Marvel (Brie Larson), reclaims her identity from the tyrannical Kree and confronts the Supreme Intelligence. Unintended consequences, however, lead to a destabilized universe. Carol’s journey brings her into contact with a wormhole linked to a Kree revolutionary, leading to an intertwining of powers with Kamala Khan, aka Ms. Marvel (Iman Vellani), and Carol’s estranged niece and S.A.B.E.R. astronaut, Captain Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris). Together, this unlikely trio must unite and learn to work together to save the universe as “The Marvels.”
The film also features the return of Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, along with Saagar Shaikh, Zenobia Shroff, Mohan Kapur, and introduces new cast members including Zawe Ashton, Park Seo-joon, and Shamier Anderson.
