Those who’ve seen Euphoria will know that star Sydney Sweeney has no problem with nude scenes in the show, but there’ve still been times where she’s put her foot down. And thankfully, creator Sam Levinson has never pushed her to do something she felt uncomfortable with.
Speaking in a recent interview, the actress said the following about showing skin on the HBO hit:
“Sam is amazing. There are moments where Cassie was supposed to be shirtless and I would tell Sam, ‘I don’t really think that’s necessary here.’ He was like, ‘OK, we don’t need it.’ I’ve never felt like Sam has pushed it on me or was trying to get a nude scene into an HBO show. When I didn’t want to do it, he didn’t make me.”
Euphoria continues with a new episode this Sunday on HBO.
