Is work about to begin on the Mortal Kombat sequel? It certainly looks like it.
Producer Todd Garner took to Twitter this week to tease fans with the following message:

Unfortunately, that’s all we have to go on at the moment and we still know next to nothing about Mortal Kombat 2, but given how successful the first film was, we can only imagine that WB is eager to get the sequel into production and capitalize on the momentum.
