Peacemaker has been a ton of fun so far and it’s only gotten better as it’s gone along. It turns out creator James Gunn was saving the best for last, too, as the finale of the HBO Max show had a massive surprising in store for fans.
If you’ve caught it already, you’ll know that the titular hero crosses paths with none other than the Justice League. Or, more specifically, Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman and the Flash. And while Supes and Diana are played by body doubles, we get to see Jason Momoa as Arthur Curry and Ezra Miller as Barry Allen.

It’s a welcome surprise, and one hell of a way to close things out. And with Peacemaker Season 2 already confirmed, we can’t wait to see how Gunn will top the first run.
