Before the release of Justice League, fans had high hopes for Darkseid, given his iconic status as one of DC’s biggest and baddest villains. But unfortunately, the film failed him in every regard.
Which is why so many people were excited for Zack Snyder’s Justice League to hit HBO Max, as it promised to redeem both him and Apokolips. When you think about it, though, the director’s cut of the pic only made look weak and actually destroyed him.
