Joey King is back on streaming but instead of her usual home at Netflix, the actress is hopping over to Hulu for The Princess, a new movie debuting on July 1st.
Plot-wise, the film follows a “strong-willed princess who refuses to wed a cruel sociopath and is kidnapped and locked in a remote tower of her father’s castle. With her vindictive suitor intent on taking her father’s throne, the princess must save the kingdom.”
It doesn’t sound like anything groundbreaking but should go over well with King’s fanbase and up above you can get a taste of what to expect thanks to the first trailer. Just from this footage alone you should know if The Princess is up your alley or not and if it is, you can catch it on Hulu next month!
