While Elizabeth Olsen is one of the biggest stars in the world right now thanks to her role as the Scarlet Witch in the MCU, it’s not like the actress hasn’t made any duds in her career. Admittedly, her track record is pretty stellar, but let’s not forget that she had a lead role in the Oldboy remake.
Though the original Korean movie is an excellent film, the American version was panned by critics and vanished without a trace shortly after it landed in theaters. Co-starring Josh Brolin, it failed to leave much of an impression but now, almost 10 years since its debut, it’s finding new life on Netflix.
Currently, it’s the 7th most-watched movie in the US on the platform, with the revenge thriller drawing in lots of subscribers. Many of whom are likely Elizabeth Olsen fans who might’ve missed this one back in 2013.
