No matter the quality of the film itself, you can usually rely on Samuel L. Jackson to give an enjoyable and entertaining performance. He’s got great screen presence and delivers dialogue like few can, especially when there are swear words involved.
So, it’s no surprise to find that one of his forgotten movies is now finding new life on Netflix, with Lakeview Terrace currently the 30th most-watched film on the platform, having jumped up 11 spots since yesterday.
It’s a fairly standard thriller, following “a troubled and racist African-American L.A.P.D. Officer will stop at nothing to force out a friendly interracial couple who just moved in next door to him,” but it’s still a decent watch thanks to Samuel L. Jackson‘s performance.
