Over on Netflix, tons of people are checking out a forgotten Samuel L. Jackson movie, with the film now entering the Top 10 most-watched worldwide list.
We’re talking about Coach Carter, which is based on a true story and won over critics and audiences back when it released in 2005. It’s not spoken of much these days, what with Jackson’s role in the MCU usually dominating the conversation around him, but it’s a terrific sports movie that still holds up – despite being a bit formulaic.
If you missed it when it debuted over a decade ago, we strongly suggest giving it a go on Netflix. Whether you’re a sports fan or just enjoy Samuel L. Jackson‘s work, it’s sure to leave you pleased.
