Charlie Cox is headed back to Netflix, as the actor has signed on for a role in new spy series Treason, reports Deadline.
Co-starring Olga Kurylenko and Oona Chaplin, it comes from Oscar-nominated Bridge of Spies writer Matt Charman and follows a spy named Adam Lawrence, who works for MI6 and finds his life disrupted when “the past catches up with him in the form of Kara, a Russian spy with whom he shares a complicated past, and he’s forced to question everything and everyone in his life.”
Sounds like juicy material that’ll make for a thrilling show, and fans of the streamer’s Daredevil series will surely be glad to have Charlie Cox back on Netflix for a new effort.
