Netflix subscribers are no stranger to Charlize Theron.
Indeed, the actress captured many viewing hours on the platform a few years back with The Old Guard, and now she’s doing so again with her latest effort – The School for Good and Evil. A fantasy movie from Paul Feig, it follows best friends Sophie and Agatha as they “navigate an enchanted school for young heroes and villains — and find themselves on opposing sides of the battle between good and evil.”
Though Theron isn’t the star, she still has a very large role and the film has been #1 on Netflix in nearly every region since its release last week. Admittedly, reviews haven’t been terribly kind to the platform’s latest blockbuster, but that doesn’t seem to be deterring audiences.
