Chadwick Boseman may be gone, but he’s in no way forgotten. And that’s evident by not only his large shadow which still looms over the MCU, but also by the current Netflix rankings, with one of the actor’s film quickly rising up the most-watched chart.
The movie in question is 21 Bridges, which isn’t his best work, but is still an enjoyable cop thriller about an “embattled NYPD detective is thrust into a citywide manhunt for a pair of cop killers after uncovering a massive and unexpected conspiracy.” It’s produced by the Russo Brothers and though it received mixed reviews upon its release in 2019, it’s certainly gone down well with Netflix users.
Currently, the Chadwick Boseman pic sits at #24 on Netflix’s global Top 25 most-watched list, having jumped up 26 points to secure its spot.
