It took about 2 weeks, but Red Notice has now been dethroned as the most-watched movie on Netflix, and taking its spot is Halle Berry‘s new film, Bruised.
The hard-hitting MMA drama follows a “disgraced fighter who finds redemption in the cage and the courage to face her demons when the son she had given up as an infant unexpectedly reenters her life.” It’s a powerful, compelling watch with a fantastic performance by Berry, who also directs, and it’s taking Netflix users by storm.
It’s only been out for a day, too, so you can bet that as worth of mouth begins to spread, Bruised will manage to keep a hold of the #1 spot for at least the rest of the month.
