As you may know, Marvel stars Jon Bernthal and Vincent D’Onofrio have a new movie coming to Netflix this week. But unfortunately, it looks like it’s a bit of a dud.
Titled The Unforgivable, it stars Sandra Bullock as a woman who’s just gotten out of prison and must re-enter society. And while fans of all things comic books will no doubt enjoy getting to see The Punisher and Kingpin share the screen again, the film itself is said to be a disappointment.
Currently, it has a 31% on Rotten Tomatoes, with the consensus reading: “The Unforgivable proves Sandra Bullock is more than capable of playing against type, but her performance is wasted on a contrived and unrelentingly grim story.” It doesn’t sound too promising, then, but if you want to make up your own mind about it, you can stream the pic on Netflix starting this Friday.
