Karen Gillan‘s new movie released on Netflix last week, and while it’s didn’t exactly go over well with critics, that hasn’t stopped subscribers from eating it up.
Titled The Bubble, the pic follows a “group of actors and actresses stuck inside a pandemic bubble at a hotel as they attempt to complete a film.” Writer/director Judd Apatow has certainly produced better work than this, but overall it’s a fairly harmless piece of entertainment that offers up a few solid laughs.
Circling back to what we were saying before, though, and currently The Bubble is the #1 movie on Netflix’s most-watched worldwide chart, proving that when it comes to streaming, reviews matter very little.
