Thanks to the final 5 episodes of Money Heist being such a hit for Netflix, previous seasons of the show are now seeing a spike in viewership.
The last 5 installments dropped earlier this month, bringing the series to a thrilling conclusion. And it seems all the hype surrounding the grand finale has inspired subscribers who’re unfamiliar with Money Heist to dive in headfirst and see what the fuss is about.

According to the latest numbers, Part 1 was viewed for almost 20 million hours last week, while Part 8 racked up 8.1 million hours. As for Part 5, that’s still way out in front, with 147.9 viewing hours for the past week.
Suffice it to say, Money Heist is totally dominating Netflix right now, but with The Witcher Season 2 riding onto our screens today, its reign may soon end.
