Though Henry Cavill is currently the face of several very big and very successful franchises, not everything he’s done has been impressive. However, Netflix users in particular seem to love him given his ties to The Witcher and Enola Holmes and now, one of his worst movies is finding new life on the platform.
Thriller Night Hunter only scored a 14% on Rotten Tomatoes and sunk without a trace back in 2018. It follows a “police task force which traps an online predator, only to discover that the depth of his crimes goes far beyond anything they had anticipated,” and didn’t really do much at the box office after earning about $1 million.
A failure both critically and commercially, Night Hunter is definitely not a memorable outing for Henry Cavill, but as the 59th most-watched movie on Netflix today, it seems subscribers think different.
