‘Tis the season and Netflix subscribers are clearly in the mood for some festive treats, as a new Christmas movie has dethroned Red Notice to become the most-watched film on the platform worldwide.
While the Dwayne Johnson-starring action pic lost the #1 spot in the US last week, it’s now lost it on the global chart, too, with A Castle For Christmas currently the most-watched movie on Netflix.
For those unfamiliar, it follows an American author who travels to Scotland and attempts to buy a castle, but the owner doesn’t want to sell to a foreigner. It’s not a particularly great flick, but for those seeking some holiday-themed entertainment, you can certainly do worse.
