Following the news that Patricia Allison, Simone Ashley and Tanya Reynolds won’t be a part of Sex Education Season 4, we’re now hearing that Rakhee Thakrar, who plays English teacher Emily Sands, won’t be involved, either.
“I’m not part of the new series,” said the actress. “I can’t really talk about why. But I’m so proud of the show and grateful to have been part of something so important. There is nothing bad about Sex Education.”
With all these stars departing the show, it’s got us thinking that a major shake-up is about to go down, though with plot details on what Season 4 will bring us still scarce, all we can do is speculate.
Regardless, if there’s one thing for certain, it’s that Sex Education is going to look pretty different when it returns.
