That film that helped cement Brie Larson‘s status as a star in Hollywood is now taking off on Netflix, with Room currently the 72nd most-watched movie on the platform worldwide.
Co-starring Jacob Tremblay, the awards season favorite focuses on a woman and her young son who “finally gain their freedom” after being “held captive for 7 years in an enclosed space.” It earned Larson a Best Actress Oscar and also scored nominations for Best Director, Best Picture and Best Adapted Screenplay.
