Money Heist is now over, but the brand itself is set to continue on with 2 upcoming spinoffs.
For starters, there’s a project about the one and only Berlin, and then there’s Money Heist Korea, a Korean spinoff which bears the subtitle Joint Economic Area. Arriving on June 24th, Netflix dropped a new trailer for the series earlier tonight and it should please fans of the original – even if it’s an entirely different set of actors in the spotlight.
Thematically, this looks very similar to what came before and gives off the same vibe, but we’ll have to wait until next month to see how Money Heist Korea stacks up to the original, which is still one of the best shows to hit streaming.
