Mayor of Kingstown is one of the best new streaming shows around, but unfortunately, it’s not getting nearly as much buzz and hype as it should be. While it did pull in solid viewing figures for Paramount+, the series failed to really capture the attention of the mainstream like heavy hitters from Netflix and Disney Plus often do.
But that’s alright, as things are just getting started, with a second season already confirmed. As for the first one, though, it aired its final episode today and brought the story to a satisfying, emotional and thrilling conclusion, wrapping up what’s been one hell of a ride.
