Paramount+ has revealed some new data on its list of most-watched originals, and none of it’s too surprising.
After all, the platform doesn’t have a ton of original content yet, so anything that does fall under that label tends to perform well as there isn’t a lot to compete with. And sure enough, Star Trek: Discovery was the most-watched original series this year, followed by the iCarly revival.
Meanwhile, the most-watched original drama was SEAL Team followed by Evil, which both become originals this year. And last but not least, on the movie side, the most-watched original film was Mark Wahlberg’s Infinite, with A Quiet Place: Part II earning second place.
Like we said, there are only a handful of noteworthy original titles on Paramount+ currently and they’ve all shown up in the top spots, as there isn’t much competition. But hopefully that’ll change soon.
