Buoyed by strong reviews and positive buzz, Star Trek: Prodigy is off to a great start and today, Paramount+ has announced that it’ll return for a second season on the streaming platform.
Though it may seem premature, like we said above, all signs are pointing to big things for the new animated series and there’s no reason to think it won’t be around for a while. After all, Paramount has made no secret of their desire to rapidly expand the Star Trek universe’s offerings and Prodigy is another great addition to the franchise.
